One of my favourite books is a Robert Graysmith True Crime book called Zodiac, about the unsolved serial murders committed by the Zodiac Killer. This book provided me with insight about how a killer would think as well as the idea that they could be committing murders as they are holding a grudge and want revenge. This idea could be used in our video.
This book's cover also attracted me, as I like the use of colours with blacks complemented by light uses of red, white and yellow. These colour conform with horror and thriller genres well and color suit the song choice.
