American Psycho is a movie which provided us with lots of inspiration, all of which can be taken from the scene above. The character of Patrick Bateman is someone that clearly prepares for his kills with precision and organisation. This is a feature that we want to portray in our video. We do not what a cluttered video that is crammed with constant death and murder and instead want a lead up, and a motive to be the main factor of the video. The kill itself is a aspect which has it's similarities to the previous inspiration (Time to Dance by The Shoes). We like how we could portray this - however we must think of a way to show the kill in a way that will suit the video and it's genre.
